Despite me being there to visit the happy local charismatic Catholic crowd, it didn't feel safe. I remember having nightmares of marching soldiers invading while I was there, which is a pretty good indication. And that was nearly thirty years ago, when the world felt much safer to someone like me. Damn, suddenly I feel old. Been there a couple of times, back in my teenage years, and yeah.
