Here, for a pack of 20 Marlboro and a large take away coffee you're looking at about £7/8 - so, $14 - 16, ish? This is why I smoke rolling tobacco, which was greeted incredulously by the last American I met (an academic, so to be fair he's probably not greatly in touch with reality), who would NOT be convinced that it wasn't for nefarious dope-smoking purposes... Something about if the guy gets all these commissions he'll get to go to Italy or something. My husband gave him a nice run-around about how lame the magazine selection was, and finally ushered him out the door with no hard feelings. ...
