Heh. It totally caught me offguard. As I was in total Schlump Writer Mode -- overalls, sweatshirt, clunky shoes, battered old hat, not a shred of makeup save my Dragon Lady-red manicure -- I wasn't quite expecting to be flirted with. But yeah, it was fun, too.
I think that when I go back, I'll take her a copy of one of my books, or maybe just hand her my card with the Scarlet Letters URL written on it and see what she does from there. I'd be amused to find out.

Fuck Yeah! Doesn't it feel delicious to have a Hot Young Thang flirt their ass off with you? Every once in awhile, a nice young girl or boy will chat me up, and it always amuses and delights me.
However, I question how "young" this woman is; although chronologically, she's short on years, she sounds far more worldly than I was at that age.
